Workshop at Shri Siddeshwara Government First Grade College and PG Study Centre, Nargund

A one-day workshop on "Research Methodology and Project Report Writing" was organized by the Department of Economics and Research & Development Cell in collaboration with Institute for Inclusive Growth and Development (IIGD), Dharwad, under the sponsorship of the IQAC at Shri Siddeshwara Government First Grade College and PG Study Centre. On this occasion, Dr. S. V. Hanagodimath served as the Resource Person and delivered an informative lecture on research methodology, project preparation, and report writing techniques. The workshop provided valuable guidance to students regarding research practices, data collection, report preparation, and academic writing skills.

The programme was presided over by Prof. Anandkumar Lalasangi, Principal of the college. Yashodha Angadi, IQAC Coordinator, Mr. Malatesh Aralikatti, Head of the Department of Economics, teaching and non-teaching staff members, Ramappa Savadatti, Secretary of IIGD, and students were present during the programme. The workshop was conducted successfully and proved highly beneficial in enhancing students’ understanding of research methodology and project report writing, while motivating them towards academic research and higher studies.
