Special Lecture at Govt. High School Betageri, Mudageri tq, Chikkamagaluru Dist.

At Institute for Inclusive Growth and Development (IIGD), Dharwad, a special awareness programme was conducted on 23-11-2024 at Smt. Ningamma Bommaiah Government High School. On this occasion, Dr. Ramesh S. Kampli, Visiting Fellow, IIGD, Dharwad, delivered a special lecture on the topic "Swachh Bharat Mission and Environmental Protection from Plastics." The session focused on environmental awareness, the harmful effects of plastic usage, and the importance of maintaining cleanliness and sustainable practices among students and society. The programme was presided over by the Headmistress, Mrs. Pushpa. Ramappa Savadatti, Secretary, IIGD, Dharwad, was also present during the programme and contributed to the successful conduct of the event.

The valuable insights and awareness shared during the lecture created a positive impact on the students and encouraged them towards environmental responsibility and cleanliness initiatives.
