Ambedkar Jayanti Celebration

On the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti celebrated on April 14, 2024, Institute for Inclusive Growth and Development (IIGD), Dharwad, organized a programme at its office in Sattur, Dharwad, to commemorate the birth anniversary of B. R. Ambedkar. The programme was conducted by garlanding the portrait of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar as a mark of respect and tribute to his immense contributions towards social justice, equality, education, and the upliftment of marginalized communities.

Ramappa Savadatti, Member Secretary of the Institute, along with Institute member Mr. Malatesh Aralikatti, participated in the celebration and paid floral tribute to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. During the occasion, the members remembered the ideals and vision of Dr. Ambedkar and emphasized the importance of equality, constitutional values, and social harmony in society. The programme was conducted successfully in a respectful and meaningful manner.
